What we do not directly perform
For safety, legal, and quality reasons, Valterra does not directly perform heavy regulated work such as load-bearing structural changes, gas installations, full rewiring, fuse box replacement, foundation work, roof work, HVAC systems, permit handling, or structural engineering.
When needed, we coordinate with certified external partners to ensure compliance and quality.
